I ordered the parts that were required to repair a friend's VW, who could not
afford to have her vehicle repaired at the VW dealer and the number of repair
shops in Tucson that will work on a VW are limited. I really did'nt
expect to get the parts that I ordered delivered until later this
week, but they arrived last Friday about 8:00 am - less than 48 hours from the
time they were ordered from you!.
You also sent me an e-mail the next day providing me with the Fed-Ex tracking
number so that I was always able to see the progress of my shipment.
All of the parts that I ordered were received exactly as you said - all the
right parts and expertly packed with no styrofoam. Everything, and I do
mean EVERYTHING, went perfectly. Please add my name to your list of
satisfied (extremely satisfied) customers.

I've had great service from AAM, this isn't the first package I've ordered
from the website. You and the crew are managing an incredible website and
company. I recommend ALOT of people to AAM on a daily bases in my car shop
class, at work, and basically on the road doing outside work for many people.
AAM has helped me alot and I'd like to share the benefits to others around me.
AAM has not failed me yet, the package that was not received was not at all
AAM's fault, the information was right on the package/confirmation, therefore,
Fedex has full fault.
